Terms of Service

TradeGat is owned and operated by AYA DIGITAL LLC. Notices, legal requests and account enquiries can be sent through Contact Us. TradeGat is a trade platform: it is not a bank, lender, escrow provider or party to any transaction between users.

By creating an account or using tradegat.com you agree to these terms with AYA DIGITAL LLC. If you use TradeGat on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for that company.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done from your account. Each business on TradeGat is a separate organisation. You may only publish, edit or remove content for an organisation you belong to.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every product, urgent sale listing, sourcing request, offer, price, quantity, certification and factory detail you publish. Content must comply with the Marketplace Rules.

Verification on TradeGat records that specific evidence was submitted and reviewed at a specific time. It is not an endorsement, a credit assessment, a quality inspection of any individual shipment, or a guarantee that a transaction will complete as agreed. Verification levels can expire, be renewed, or be withdrawn.

Contracts, payments, shipping and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. TradeGat is not a party to those contracts, does not hold funds, does not process payments, and does not act as an agent for either side. Read the Safety Center before sending payment. TradeGat does not currently charge transaction commission; the commercial model it intends to operate is documented in the Transaction & Commission Policy.

• Misrepresenting your identity, company, certifications or verification status.
• Publishing content for an organisation you do not belong to.
• Attempting to access another organisation's private data, documents, offers or messages.
• Interfering with the platform, its rate limits, or its verification and review processes.
• Listing goods you are not legally entitled to sell or export.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant TradeGat the right to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating your listings and profile. If content on TradeGat infringes your rights, report it with the TradeGat Business ID, the affected page and a description of the right you hold; confirmed infringing content is removed and repeat infringers can be suspended.

Accounts, organisations and listings that breach these terms or the Marketplace Rules can be restricted, unpublished or suspended, and verification levels can be withdrawn.

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
