Privacy Policy

This policy describes how TradeGat, operated by AYA DIGITAL LLC, handles information on tradegat.com. It covers the marketplace, sourcing requests, verification workflows and the business dashboard.

• Account information: email address, name, avatar, language, currency and country preferences.
• Business information: company name, legal name, business type, country, city, description, website, logo and cover images.
• Listings: products, urgent sale listings, sourcing requests, offers, price tiers and factory records you publish.
• Verification records: cases, documents you upload, review outcomes and verification sources.
• Payment identity records: account holder name, bank name and country, and a reference for the account. TradeGat does not process payments.
• Platform activity: messages, orders, notifications, reviews, audit entries and risk signals generated by your use of the platform.

Public: published company profiles, published products and listings, open sourcing requests, factory records, verification levels and dates shown on the Verification Passport.

Private: account email addresses, uploaded verification documents, reviewer and applicant notes, payment identity records and payment change history, private messages, orders, notifications, audit entries and risk signals. These are restricted to the people in the owning organisation and, where a review is required, the TradeGat verification team.

To operate your account, publish what you choose to publish, run verification reviews, deliver messages and notifications, compute trust signals from recorded evidence, and detect fraud or abuse.

Documents you upload for verification are stored in a private area. They are not published, not shown on your public profile, and not shared with other businesses. Only your own organisation and TradeGat reviewers can open them.

TradeGat does not sell your information. Information is shared with the service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, storage and email delivery), and where we are legally required to do so.

Account, business and verification records are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to keep a reliable verification history. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated records.

• Edit or unpublish your business profile and listings at any time from the dashboard.
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your account information.
• Permanently delete your account yourself from Dashboard → Account. See the account deletion page for exactly what is removed and which records are retained.
• Withdraw a verification submission before it is reviewed.
